About these terms

These terms apply to appbox.co.tz and the applications offered under its subdomains, operated by Yamala Multimedia. By using AppBox you agree to them. Hosted customers may also have a separate service agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.

Demo accounts

• Demo accounts are personal, free and provided for evaluation only.
• Keep your login details private and do not share your account.
• Use sample data only. Do not enter real personal, financial or customer information.
• Demo data is reset regularly, and demo accounts expire at the end of the trial period.
• Demos are provided as they are, without uptime or data-retention guarantees.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
• overload the service, run automated scripts against it, or interfere with other users;
• use the apps for anything unlawful, or to store or send harmful content.

We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules.

Ownership

The AppBox applications, their design and their code belong to Yamala Multimedia. Using a demo does not give you any licence beyond evaluating the app. Data you enter in a hosted workspace remains yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Yamala Multimedia is not liable for any loss arising from the use of demo accounts, including loss of data entered in a demo.
